Fixation Tape Slicing, Winding&Cutting Machine

MS-6000 Fixation Tape Slicing, Winding and Cutting Machine processes bobin tape and produce small size batches according to your products dimensions. Then products are winded on plastic spools automatically

​Working Principle: Bobin tension is adjusted by pressured cyclinders. A kiss-cut module cuts bobin into smaller tapes and a secondary blade seperates tapes according to required length. Then product are conveyed to winding module where tapes are automatically placed on spools.

SL-3000 Solvent Adhesive Coating Machine

Facilitates the preparation of chemical mixture and  pastes the adhesive on carrier tape then laminates the product. Solvent adhesive coating process must be designed according to your needs and architectural constraints. It requires preperation and project management.

Working Principle: Adhesive chemical is preperad in mixture tanks and transferred directly on carrier tape. During this process ventilation system removes toxic gasses from manufacturing area.  Then, dried and coated tape goes into lamination and cutting process.
